- في حال إلغاء الطلب بعد تسليمه للمندوب، يتم استرداد قيمة المنتج فقط ويتم خصم قيمة التوصيل.
- عند استبدال أي منتج بعد استلامه، يتحمل العميل تكاليف التوصيل للطلب الجديد.
- يتحمل العميل كافة التكاليف الناتجة عن عدم تطابق معلومات الشحن أو رقم التواصل.
